1. Our commitment

PETIFY is committed to providing equal service to all customers, including people with disabilities. The website was made accessible in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 level AA.

2. Accessibility features

  • Accessibility menu – a fixed button at the side of the screen with adjustments: larger text, high contrast, grayscale, highlighted links, a readable font, text spacing, stopping animations, a big cursor and a keyboard focus highlight. Your choice is saved for your next visit and can be reset in one click.
  • Semantic page structure with defined headings and regions.
  • Full keyboard navigation, a clear focus indicator, and a "Skip to content" link at the top of every page.
  • Alternative text for images.
  • Color contrast that meets the standard, and text can be enlarged up to 200% without losing content.
  • Forms with linked labels and clear error messages.
  • The website is available in Hebrew and English, with full support for each language's text direction.

3. Known limitations

The checkout and payment pages are run by Shopify and the payment provider, and we work with them so that these pages meet the requirements too. Found something that isn't accessible? Please let us know and we'll fix it as soon as possible.
